Tim was so helpful throughout the entire process of us preparing for a cross country move and selling our condo. I had been contemplating selling my home for several months and was concerned about listing and showing as I work from home and have two indoor cats. Tim suggested that he would list the home with showings over one weekend with an open house each day. Tim promoted the open house and we had over 20 showings over the weekend. We had several offers to consider but Tim recommend one offer in particular that I accepted. This offer was a contingent offer so I was very nervous about it. My home was built in the 60’s and needed some updates. I am planning to move to Hawaii and had lots of plans to make around this offer. Tim kept me informed throughout the entire process with home inspection, termite inspection, appraisal and updates regarding the buyers lender. During this stressful process from start to finish, Tim was able to communicate with me in simple terms that I could understand. Tim negotiated top dollar for my home and I was very pleased with the sale price. Tim did an amazing job for me and also was able to assist the buyers realtor with a particular policy I had on my home that the buyers realtor did not know was available for transfer. I highly recommend him for anyone considering selling their home or buying a new home.

When repairs were needed to fix defects he was there to give contractors access to the home so I didn't have to take time off from work. He even sold the washer and dryer that the buyers didn't want. Tim did an exceptional job

My husband and I worked with Tim to buy a condo and sell a home. Both experiences exceeded expectations. Tim is hard-working, an advocate for his clients, and has an ability to help people identify what will be a good fit for them. He also knows Tampa, especially South Tampa, very well, having lived in several different parts of the city himself. Below are specific experiences. 1. Buying a condo: While we knew that we wanted to downsize, we did not have a good sense of what we specifically wanted. Tim set up several sit down meetings with us to learn more about our lifestyle and wants/needs. He then took us to a variety of different types of settings/condos to allow us to compare and contrast different options. He saved the best for last - the home he thought would be a perfect fit for us and he was right! The purchasing process was very smooth and Tim facilitated all of the negotiations, inspections, etc. He made clear different steps of the process and continued to check in on how things were progressing as we made some renovations before moving in. 2. Selling a house: We had a house on Davis Island. Tim meticulously went through the house with us to identify issues that we needed to fix, better stage the house (e.g., moving furniture, hanging more art), and keeping us up to date on all the activities for showings, open houses, etc. He personally spent time helping us fix up some issues, secured experts (e.g., electrician) for some issues, and would come meet them if we were unable to do so because of work. He really went above and beyond. When an issue came up with the buyers lending agency, Tim worked with the buyer's realtor to help sort everything out. We highly and unreservedly recommend Tim to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, honest, and also, as it turns out, an amazing drummer!

Tim was the biggest reason why our move down from New York went so smoothly. My husband and I were renting an Air BnB for the first two months in Florida right after our move and after getting in contact with Tim, he made sure we saw the properties that had potential and fit our budget and our needs. He gave us his cell number so we could contact him at anytime in case we were browsing the real estate sites and came across a property that struck our fancy.
